We believe there is a Great Dame in every woman and that Great Dames can change the world.  We help women activate their GreatDameness with purpose and passion at work, in communities and in their personal lives.  Great Dames is a dynamic community of women.  We connect, learn from and empower each other through programs that inspire, encourage and engage.

Pauline is Great Dames board support and was the 2018 Remarkable Ideas Competition III Project Manager.  The Great Dames Remarkable Ideas Competition finds, funds, and supports women who have ideas that improve the quality of life and help people connect and collaborate with each other.

Every year during the holiday season we participate in a Warm the Heart event that provides robes, slippers and toiletry to women in need at the Mary Mother of Hope House.  At the first delivery of the gifts to the home one woman said to us, "This is the first gift I've ever received" and ever since then the Warm the Heart event has turned into a annual tradition of gathering and giving back.

EMPOWERING VETERANS. Suiting Warriors provides transitioning assistance to the men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces, Veterans, their spouses, Guard and Reserve by providing them with upscale professional attire needed to compete in the civilian workforce.

Pauline currently sits on the Suiting Warriors board as the Vice President.  In her role she is responsible for maintaining the Wilmington Office location and coordinating local Suit Up^ events, as well as, raising funds to support our mission.

PRB designs is more than just an interior design firm.

Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit organization that helps families build and improve places to call home. We believe affordable housing plays a critical role in strong and stable communities.

Along side Villanova students Pauline, Rita and Bernie redesigned an existing grocery store to become the new Kennett Square Re-Store. Breathing new life into a space and allowing a whole new community to experience the impact of the Habitat Re-Store.

Our mission is to provide incentive to adult women who have faced personal and economic challenges and are seeking to improve opportunities for themselves and their families through education.

Pauline joined the Fresh Start Board in 2013 and served as the Administrative Chair for 5 years. Since then she has taken on many roles in the Foundation and continues to develop her skills to enhance and grow the organization.  She is currently serving as the Scholar Selection Chair and is thrilled to be working directly with our scholars to ensure they succeed scholastically, personally, and professionally.
