Blue Jean Baby, LA Lady
Pauline's love for design started at a young age living in numerous locations from coast-to-coast. From her experiences she developed a distinct understanding of how physical spaces can impact your emotions, productivity, and overall well-being. She has a unique perspective that will deconstruct the interior design process, as well as, possesses all of the skills required to manage crisis' that can occur during your project. She is a straight shooter that will not only give you a beautiful end result, but she will calm the chaos in your mind that takes over while renovating your home. Her irresistible honesty and charismatic energy make every design project fun while still maintaining effective systems. Pauline's favorite thing to say is, "I speak contractor but am fluent in home owner as well," meaning that she looks at the project from every angle to ensure the end result is not only something pretty to look at but safe, efficient and functional to live in.
She is an avid lover of all things Disney and roller coasters. Pauline has 2 cats names after Philadelphia Flyers players: Clawed Giroux and Travis Kat-necny (TK). In her downtime she loves to spend time with her husband at Flyers hockey games, snowboard with her family, dream up new crafting projects, and volunteer with local non-profits that are making a difference right here in Wilmington, Delaware.

Short & Sweet
Pauline has over a decades worth of knowledge and hands-on experience designing, managing, and implementing both residential and commercial projects across the United States. Her projects have ranged from bank branches to dental/ medical offices, and from cozy kitchens to full residential remodels. Her passion for design is mirrored by her technical expertise in AutoCAD, space planning, building codes, safety requirements and product knowledge.
PRB Interior Designs grew from the financial challenges, difficult communication and lack of direction that Pauline saw throughout the industry. She witnessed first-hand how people would start the construction process without, at aminimum, a space plan or schedule of execution in place. Leading to frustration, stress and overwhelm when “surprise” costs popped up and quick thinking takes over and the clients were not making calculated design decisions. All of this ending in projects that were over budget, over schedule and over designed.

Yes, we enjoy serving you but a big part of PRB Interior Designs is giving back to our community. Check out a few of our favorite non-profits that we love to collaborate with:
Following her extensive internship at the national financial institution, Wilmington Trust, and wanting to make a difference on a more intimate level, she joined the design team of local interior design firm Design Services Ltd. It was there that she expanded her project portfolio to high-end residential and dental/ medical offices. Pauline made invaluable industry connections and honed her skills in creating unique, highly-functional and innovative design solutions for residential and small business clients. She was responsible for numerous nationwide projects from concept to execution. Although the company has now shifted into a lifestyle brand, Pauline is continually called upon to assist with their occasional interior design projects as the designer/ project manager.
In 2015, PRB Interior Designs was created to not only service home and business owners directly, but to also focus on the local trade and builder community. Pauline strongly believes in the "community over competition" mindset. When we can share lessons, resources, and stories everyone wins. She knows there are big decision to be made, often times big budgets on the line and a great deal of bullshit to sort through. It has always been our goal to educate the consumer why good design matters, how to effectively work with your contractors and how green design is critical to our future and the natural environment that surrounds us every day. As we forge ahead, we are making it our responsibility to continue to cultivate relationships that will change the industry. Not only to serve clients and have them achieve their design dreams but also to bridge the communication gap and connect the local community of designers, resources, trades, and specialists to create an extensive design house. Even if we don't have the skills you need, we will be sure to put you in touch with trusted and vetted resources that do!
